Who is responsible
HRjoy is the controller of the information you send through this website. To ask about it, or to exercise any of your rights, reply to the email we send you or start a brief and say so.
What we collect, and why
When you send a brief we receive your organisation, name, work email, optional phone number and your answers. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the work you describe. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to make.
Who helps us handle it
- Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical information needed to serve and secure it.
- FormSubmit or Resend delivers your brief to our inbox by email.
We don’t sell your information or add it to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any work that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Keep the first enquiry general
Please avoid entering sensitive employee details or information about an identifiable employee. A project-specific route for confidential information should be agreed separately.

Downloading a copy
“Download a copy” creates a text file on your device. That copy is not sent anywhere unless you choose to share it.
